Prove irretrievable breakdown of the marriage by reference to one of 5 facts, as follows:

 

 

The Respondent must file acknowledgement within 8 days of service confirming intentions to defend or otherwise

 

Further application is made by the Petitioner accompanied by a sworn confirmatory statement in support of the divorce

 

 

1st Decree pronounced in open Court (no attendance required)

 

Final Decree dissolving marriage.   Application can be made 6 weeks and 1 day after pronouncement of Decree Nisi
